Rates
All our shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the products and are shipped with both ARAMEX and Australia Post, delivered to your door.
In order to determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add your chosen products to the shopping cart then select your destination and the required shipping type. The cost will appear in the shopping cart before you check out.
To make our meals more accessible for retail customers, we offer flat rate shipping.
- For orders under $170 value, the standard post is a flat rate $17.00 (anywhere in Australia).
- For all retail orders over $170 value, standard post is free. Please use the discount code FREE standard at checkout. If you use the discount code, shipping will automatically be sent standard post.
- No discounts available on express post shipping.

Pick up in-store (Mornington, TAS)
Local pickup is available from Strive HQ (Unit 1/122B Mornington Road, Mornington, Tasmania 7018) - if you would like to collect your meals from the us then please choose the local pickup option and in the comments box include the date you would like to collect.
If you are from interstate and wish to pick up from our store, please enter our address as your delivery address: UNIT 1/122B Mornington Road, Mornington, TAS 7018. You should then be able to choose In-store pick up as an option.
Shipping Address
With Australia Post, there are a variety of options.
You can choose to deliver to your door. If you wish them to leave the parcel in a safe place, let us know (by giving AUTHORITY TO LEAVE) . Otherwise, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
You can, alternatively, set up a parcel locker with Australia Post which is a free service.
Retail orders
Strive retail orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. When ordering please ensure you allow enough time from date of order to delivery (don't forget to include processing time).
- Standard deliveries can take time, especially in regional areas. Please allow extra time when placing your order
- Once your order is processed delivery via Australia Post Express Post network is for next day delivery (2 or 3 business days in regional areas). For more information and to determine if you are within the next day delivery for express post network go to www.auspost.com.au.
Wholesale and reseller orders
Please phone 0429 787 483 and talk to the Strive team. Existing customers can also email an order.
Returns
Strive Food will not accept return of product if you simply change your mind. We will only accept return of product where there is deemed to be a problem with the order. BEFORE returning any product please call the Strive Food team on 0429 STRIVE (787 483) or email sales@strivefood.com.au
New Zealand (and other countries)
New Zealand Customs will not accept any meal products with more than 5% meat. We do not advise taking our meat-based meals to New Zealand as you may lose them at Border Control.
Our vegetarian and vegan meals are perfectly fine to take to New Zealand.
Other countries have their own rules and we encourage our customers to check with their destination country before ordering any food.
