Shipping and Travel


All our shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the products and are shipped with Australia Post, delivered to your door or P.O. Box.

In order to determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add your chosen products to the shopping cart then select your destination and the required shipping type. The cost will appear in the shopping cart before you check out.

To make our meals more accessible for retail customers, we offer flat rate shipping.

Pick up in-store

Local pickup is available from our Sandy Bay Road store (117 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay, Tasmania) - if you would like to collect your meals from the us then please choose the local pickup option and in the comments box include the date you would like to collect.

If you are from interstate and wish to pick up from our store, please enter our address as your delivery address: 1/117 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay, Tas  7005. You should then be able to choose In-store pick up as an option.

Shipping Address

With Australia Post, there are a variety of options.

You can choose to deliver to your door. If you wish them to leave the parcel in a safe place, let us know. Otherwise, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.

We now accept Post Office Boxes as a delivery address. Australia Post will happily deliver directly to your PO Box with no extra charge.

You can, alternatively, set up a parcel locker with Australia Post which is a free service.

Retail orders

Strive retail orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order.  When ordering please ensure you allow enough time from date of order to delivery (don't forget to include processing time).  Delivery times will vary depending upon method chosen as follows:

Wholesale and reseller orders

Strive Food will not accept return of product if you simply change your mind. We will only accept return of product where there is deemed to be a problem with the order.  BEFORE returning any product please call the Strive Food team on 0429 STRIVE (787 483) or email

New Zealand (and other countries)

New Zealand Customs will not accept any meal products with more than 5% meat. We do not advise taking our meat-based meals to New Zealand as you may lose them at Border Control.

Our vegetarian and vegan meals are perfectly fine to take to New Zealand.

Other countries have their own rules and we encourage our customers to check with their destination country before ordering any food.
