Our minestrone is a hearty gluten-free and vegan dish that will leave you feeling satisfied after a full day. The dish is easy to prepare just add 2 cups of water and cook for approximately 12 minutes.
Our new gluten-free pasta is organic and made using a combination of rice and amaranth resulting in a pasta both high in protein and fibre with a delicious flavour!

As of July 2019 this meal was switched to a gluten-free pasta. A small number of wheaten double minestrone meals are still available for purchase over the phone, via email, or in-store.
